We're using CUCM as our internal PBX solution, integrated with Jabber for IM. The solution is great and stable. We have around 1000 users with different phone model. The system is connected to external world with PRI and SIP trunk, using CUBE. The redundancy is guaranteed by 3 different CUCM servers located in different sites.

Cisco has packed a lot of unified communications tools and functionalities in a single chassis. Instant messaging (jabber), telephony (CUCM), Voice Mail (Unity), mobile collaboration (expressway) and more. The BE6K is recommended for small to medium size branches, it's a powerful device, providing unified collaboration tools and it also comes with Prime Collaboration, which is a mamagement tool to simplify the BE6K provisioning, upgrade and management.
