    Voice over IP (VoIP) system reliable although a bit unsafe due to lack of voice encryption

    It presents an improvement in the IP telephony, the preconfiguration is the complicated part, so always recommends that it be people specialist and that dominates the topic. Always let the sysadmins ask for a configuration and end up doing another one.

    Really like the webex product. Have been using it for 3 years now, and it is always very reliable. It allows us to have conferences and share our screens with each other, really increase productivity and enabling remote work. I like the call from webex feature and us that a lot. It is a lot better than some of the competitive products we have tried.
