What I appreciate most is the way Clari consolidates data from our CRM system as well as from email, calendars, etc. to triangulate the sources into one version of truth.
i like the flow we use to forecast our business using clari. i like that clari offers some shortcuts to manage my business inside of sfdc. i like how clari offers fields and data points about my business to help me better analyze where i need to be focused.
What I like most about Clari is the real time visibility and accuracy it brings to pipeline and forecast management, The ability to track deal movement, risk signals, and rep activity in one place makes it extremely powerful. The intuitive dashboards reduce manual efforts and allow teams to focus on execution rather than data collection.
Clari is at the forefront of using machine learning algorithms to statistically give a probability forecast. With AI being leveraged much more now, I think Clari needs to revisit the ML approach and migrate to more of an AI centered forecast, including not only the data it has access to today, but also external sources of data. We need to move from, simply systems of record and extend to myriad sources which can only come through AI.
sometimes there are business rules in sfdc which prevent me from getting the most out of the administrative benefits derived by clari. i wish clari had better AI capabilities to give me more insight with regard to areas where i should focus more of my time to be more successful with my business. for example, clari knows where my accounts are from a product lifecycle perspective. it could suggest areas where i could be more effective in developing opportunities with regard to renewals and building pipeline based on publicly available customer data.
What I dislike about Clari is that the activity tracking logic can be complex and difficult to explain to sellers without a deep familiarity with the product. More ready to share enablement or training videos would really help with the adoption. Additionally, the support response time can sometimes be longer than expected, especially when troubleshooting nuanced issues, which slows down resolution.

I use Clari multiple times a day. I use it to organize my pipeline and to track my forecast. It does a great job integrating with Salesforce and has easy ways to access the deal. Overall it is the main tool I use to do my job.
