The quick interactive reports
The home page is decent, giving a summary of tasks due on a daily/weekly view, as well as an activity feed.
- Love the RevAI summary and action items, would be better to receive the action items as checklist. - The filters, game tapes and dashboards are on point. They not only provide insights into calls but also offer a scorecard on areas that can be improved. Huge help for Sales/Presales reps with 6-7 calls per day. - Overall it does add value in improving the demo services I offer and helps strengthen communication and recordings for reviews with our Revops team.
It seems that some overviews cannot be customized
All of it, truly. For a software meant to streamline efforts, it made our processes infinitely clunkier. Instead of spending time solely in Groove, we had to constantly find backdoors and switch platforms just to continue our workflows.
- The customizations are a bit limited. - The filters for a contact name and other deal fields and attributes are an exact key match and not contains or includes - I haven't used the Battlecards much as the feature is restricted to prompts and not insights from calls.

Subpar Functionality of Groove Hampers Outbound Sales
Groove has been the primary headache for our sales team since implementation. While they tout a seamless integration with SF, there was no real onboarding assistance to assist in making sure we could succeed, instead opting for us to effectively play in a sandbox. We found core functionalities lacking to the daily activities of outbound sales. Sequencing logic and customization is poor; the analytics tab provides little insight to allow us to improve; account/contact prioritization is nearly impossible within the platform. Overall, it's a poorly constructed platform with no intuitive UI.
