The best features that this tool has is advanced analytics and segmentation, this tool tracks the user behavior in real time and provides data which is valuable.

Lack of knowledge of the platform by CSMs Data download process is very slow Some features have unnecessary multiple checks

Pricing is relatively steep, and it is not clear Lack of integration with certain communication platform like WhatsApp Not available on the go Limited integration with Adtech platforms

The great drawback is with people who doesnt have knowledge about data driven marketing platforms. the pricing structure is also a challenge for small companies.
