Cloudpay is one of the few global payroll providers; they make it easy to consolidate enterprise payroll, combine reporting and performance benchmarking. From a support POV, when considering upgrading other centralized IT systems, having centralized payroll makes that process easier to integrate properly. Rollout is well supported, however I would like to see a more cohesive plan to share best practices from unique activities in different countries - often it felt as if we were the only company dealing with certain issues in a country despite it being local law. Overall, rollout may likely be more limited by how robust existing payroll processes are, especially dependent processes and systems that may not be centralized yet. It is important to keep in mind that the scale extends beyond payroll and very much into HCM and accounting, where more resources will be needed.

Implementation of CP can go very fast, but be sure to check if the requirements of your HR system match CP's requirements. The tool itself is very easy to use. CP also provides extensive training materials incl. online training (training academy) so you do not need to invest too much money into training creation.
