Overall this is a great product. We're a smaller company and Rippling has a lot of features that would be amazing for large organizations - we're just not big enough to need them or find value in them, but it's still great for a company of our size (~50 employees/contractors). We moved from our previous provider becuase they were completely changing their service structure and increasing our cost considerably. As the main admin using our HRIS systems, Rippling is by far a superior product and was less expensive than staying with the previous provider.

Overall, our experience with Deel has been very positive. Onboarding a new HRIS is never easy, but the process with Deel was organized and well managed. It has allowed us to consolidate our HRIS and payroll provider for our global workforce into a single system, and we now have the confidence to hire contractors through their contractor of record service. Support has been excellent throughout, with a CSM who is responsive and helpful. On the operational side, payroll processing has become much simpler. One person is able to process payroll for three countries, and managing payments overall is easy. Deel's employer of record service has also made it possible to hire in countries where we don't have an entity, which has opened up options we didn't have before.

Both desktop and app version are simple to use, very descriptive and everything is clearly labeled. Great if you want to pull ad hoc paystub info.

Departments work in Silos, slow response times in certain areas e.g. issues with their AP or tax department. Other areas are quick and great, so depends on the people that support you

Papaya has been efficient for our Payroll team who works internationally. 99% of the time, the disbursement is always on time. There was only one instance wherein the disbursement was late but they made up for it by generously providing a courtesy token for the inconvenience. This has not happened with other vendors.

Great software with easy to use interface. Definitely much better than our previous tool. I really appreciate how efficient and fast it is.
