The seamless integration with Salesforce is a major advantage. Having a unified platform for CRM and order management means we don't have to jump between different tools. It provides a 'single source of truth' for all our customer data and financial transactions
Flexibility and customization is peak highlight of this product from my perspective, also hybrid architecture also offloads heavy data so easily.
The best part is Cloud Sense runs inside Salesforce. It supports multi-year renewals and subscriptions along with responsive vendor support. It delivers strong relationship management which is conducive for business growth.
The implementation process can be quite long and resource-heavy. Because it handles complex sales data, the initial setup requires a lot of time for testing and mapping processes. Additionally, when dealing with extremely large or complex product baskets, the user interface can sometimes feal 'heavy' or slower than simpler, lightweight alternative.
This is definitely not a plug and play product, so learning curve is there and its not easy, sometimes even admins find the interface non-intuitive.
As it is not plug and play, implementation takes time and time constrained projects can be lost. Pricing should be more competitive and the learning curve could be reduced too.
