Cognism is a very easy to use tool with really good information, leading to my 4 star review. Overall, my team does get information to make calls and great outreach. Cognism lacks in integrations and ease-of-use when it comes to automated process building, otherwise we really enjoy the tool.

The chrome extension is extremely easy to use and straightforward with mostly accurate information.

The tool is very easy to use and understand, which accelerates our operation processes.

The lists feature - you can search companies and create lists of your targetted audience via location, job, etc. There are tonnes of filter options so you can be super specific and create lists whic has helped our team reduce time on lead generation. Great email info - Cognism is one of the better systems that actually provided us with direct email addresses. If its not correct, the system is user friendly and you can simply mark that its incorrect easily for other users. Customer Support - we wanted to integrate it with our other systems and our dedicated rep was very helpful and facilitated a meeting with our IT department.

Dislike

The integrations are not very well built out for an enterprise business information tool. It would be a game-changer for us if we were able to take cognism lists or entries from the chrome extension and enrich them into other tools like Chili Piper rather than just HubSpot. Additionally, there are some unique nuances with CRM data transfer with Cognism that make it difficult to build independent processes, such as when you move information from Cognis, to other platforms, it will make the user who initiated the transfer the contact/company owner, which ends up making SDRs contact/company owners and interferes with standing processes.

Dislike

As stated before, the data quality in some regions does not justify the high cost. Additionally, their customer service has not been always the best and could be improved.

Mobile numbers - As I mentioned it is better than others for scraping correct information but I do wish there were more numbers listed with individuals
