Sales Navigator is extremely convenient to find new leads, save them, and run campaigns or send direct Inmails on LinkedIn itself. However, it is very costly and, if you interrupt it even for just a month, you loose all the work you have done until that moment. Even if you renew, you cannot access anymore to old conversations, old leads, old lists, etc.

This software enables me to move quickly during my prospecting & list building workflows, while also filtering to ensure the contacts that I am spending time on are valid business emails & phone numbers. Cost is high but likely worth it

Gong has transformed our sales to post-sale processes.. We have been able to capture critical information about customers that previously we only got on an ad hoc basis. Now, our customer relationships have improved as we are able to go into meetings with customers knowing their use case, current issues, and awareness of each person's role in relation to the product. I also value the AI summary that Gong provides, it is usually spot on. We have also used tracking to help us identify customers for opportunities that they would be a good candidate for.
