The comprehensive coverage and reliability. centralized management console and its automation features. The most importantly the solution has consistently delivered fast, dependable recovery which give us confidence in our data protection strategy.
Deduplication and compression have reduced our storage costs significantly, and the ability to manage a hybrid environment saves us from using two systems or toolsets. The management console is also useful and does everything needed.

The product can be complex to configure initially, and the learning curve is steep for new administrators.
It has a steep learning curve and was quite complex to set up for our needs. We also noticed some lag and sluggishness to the Web UI. Having to interact with our service provider for any troubleshooting of issues or errors does add an element of delay to fixing a problem.
the user interface can be confusing, especially for new users. also the initial setup requires extreme technical expertise and is very time consuming. pricing can be high as well
