I love how intuitive the contact lifecycle is. It's great for sales professionals to generate agreements to send out to customers, and then upload redlines, and have legal review, upload and notify the business when contracts are reviewed, finalized and approved for signature.

The view and feel of the application is basic-can be improved like other installed packages in salesforce. There are some issue with email services and merged fields in managed components that area should be focused as that is the most important part and is visible to high end users of any organisation when the record goes out for approval.
