Overall, the experience has been positive when getting insights into the users' behaviours, but we face challenges when we need filter and report - dashboards aren't full gear and can't combine insights from other modules like journey or zoning analysis. Filters feel "rigid" and sometimes creating segments created work one day, then the next day it's "can't fetch data".

The amount of features CSQ has is very helpful. For example, our CRM team heavily relies on form submissions - performing regular form analyses on our members, registrations, and dining pages help us understand when (and how) users are struggling.

Experience Analytics is the topmost feature as it uses heatmaps and zone-based analysis. It monitors the experience and detects performance issues early-on so customer experience can be enhanced. Understanding the customer journey helps with productivity and sales

very intuitive interface and heatmaps, clear insights into user journeys and friction points, strong impact on optimization and decision making

Dislike

The greatest strength (number of features) can sometimes feel too overwhelming - onboarding journey is really steep. Sense AI is great but some responses can feel generic. There's too much data but not much insight (in simpler terms)

It can be expensive for small businesses. it has a steep learning curve too so best suited for enterprise customers.
