Creatio Sales Likes & Dislikes
I like how easy it is to customize the tool, build out alternative processes, and how flexible the system is. We have significantly customized the tool, and even with a high amount of customization, it has proven to be very stable and reliable.
The flexibility that the composable structure provides and the swift implementation, fast time to market and reduced TCO enabled by the no-code elements. As well as the ability to visualize and facilitate the complex actor/relationship structure we operate in as a bank within the B2B segment. Last but not least, the impressively fast paced roll-out of new functionality that is made available in the platform on a regular basis.
We use the sales module mostly for account, contact and activity management for new and existing customers. For account records, it provided detailed profiles, mapping to other entities (many we customized which is another great feature) and data enrichment. Contact management is used for email/marketing communication and data storage. Creating new fields is super easy as well. We rely on activity management the most. It integrates well into the dynamic case management system so our account managers and sales teams can work pre-defined activities to nurture sales leads into lifelong partners. The dashboard/reporting tools are top notch! We have dashboards setup to help sales reps keep track and obtain their sales goals.
The main issue we have run across is actually the Creatio help-desk staff. The help-desk is staffed by people with only a rudimentary knowledge level of the product. Once you get past the tier 1 support person, their team members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their AI agent is very new, and we are starting to explore how we can make better use of this feature. But it has been a little challenging figuring out all the ways we could use the agent.
I miss some BI-type capabilities and flexibility in building dynamic dashboards in areas where we have a lot of data depth and want to be able to slice/dice and dig deeper from an aggregated data level. But I feel we are almost at the point where we can replace prev solution entirely with Creatio from a business monitoring perspective. In Freedom UI theres still some minor functionality missing that was available in the previous interface, such as support for embedded multi currency. In my experience these things don't remain gaps for long, once the feedback is forwarded to Creatio its added to their roadmap.
If you have a user who needs access to multiple areas of Creatio, you have to purchase a license for each area. However, Creatio has improved this with a new pricing model that we look forward to using in our next licensing period. UPDATE - Creatio updated their licensing model and is much easy to manage users in different areas of the system now!

Creatio Platform Delivers Flexibility With Some Help-Desk Expertise Limitations
We have just started using Creatio, and are using it primarily to generate invoices. The low-code platform has allowed our business analyst to do most of the configuration, only involving developers and architects on rare occasions. Creatio has been very easy to set up and start using, and we are now expanding our use to include workflows. The system is a very complex tool, but it is designed in a way that makes it easy for almost anyone to configure and use. - Group Product Manager50M-1B USDBankingReview Source

From there, we use Creatio's automation, forecasting and reporting tools to nurture, qualify and convert sales leads into partners.
