User friendly interface
the support is good, but i just wish it could be instant rather than ticket driven, they respond relatively quickly but I just wish I didnt have to stop what I was doing and wait for a response, I wish that there were options to have an AI voice read the course text in the standard course builder (this is important to my organization because we have visually impaired employees)
Had migration services that where sub par in quality delivery, had to be redone several times over. Couldn't import partial completion data from previous site. Reporting capabilites. AI implementation and sales strategy. Doesn't support deep linking to course content. Can't have public previews of content.
The reporting feature and overall customization of the platform is not straightforward

The system is generally easy to use, however sometimes it is frustrating when things are not working as they should be and you have to stop and either look for a reference guide or enter a support ticket. I am not a fan of the platform. It is clunky, unintuitive, complex, has weird limitations and bugs. "AI offering" is redundant, generating slop.
