The CYPHER Learning platform unifies three components – Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and course development – into a single platform to create efficiencies. Using controlled generative AI, the CYPHER AI 360 with Copilot course creation assistant is designed to reduce administrative tasks and accelerate time from course ideation to delivery. It efficiently handles 80% of tasks like creating modules and mapping competencies, skills, assessments, and gamification to course content in minutes, freeing users to focus on content validation and to connect with learners. Users can use content from the Internet to create courses or upload their own content like PDFs or videos to customize course with their own branding and style. Users can easily add AI-driven media options such as voiceovers and imagery to drive engagement. AI 360 can also create study guides, glossaries, and other learning tools to save trainers time.

Cypher learning is very helpful and responsive in helping us rollout Cypher for Academia. The overall experience for all Cypher for academia native tools is great. However, integrations posed many challenges to our organization.

CYPHER Learning is useful in addressing various learning modalities and instructional methods. I enjoy when all the work suits me and corresponds to my working methods allowing to combine online elements with face to face acquaintances.

With CYPHER Learning I was able to quickly build learning paths that served my students' unique learning methods and speeds. The platform's learning system found student weaknesses then delivered appropriate assistance.

It is however hindered by a somewhat clunky interface, especially to anyone who is not very well versed with online learning systems. This can occasionally cause frustration and also extra time being taken to look for a particular tool or a certain feature.

1. CL forces customers into new feature releases. 2. Poor integration capabilities. 3. No cut-off dates and features to grant extensions 4. Site wide reporting functionality.

The platform's instruments for making interactive study materials need more advanced features. I must use outside programs then transfer content into the system which slows down my work.
