It helped me overcome my fear of public speaking and networking at large events, and tradeshows. It taught me techniques to use to remember people's names and important information about them that helped build solid business relationships.

It was very interactive. The host kept the class's attention and made sure everyone was involved even if they didn't want to be

The customer service, training content and the breadth of training programs available.

I had to miss a couple of classes due to work travel and it was difficult to find alternatives for making up those sessions.

There was a lot of repetitiveness in the class when it came to certain areas. You could tell the class was getting sick of it but you had to sit through it anyways.

The programs offered cannot be integrated with our LMS, so tracking is manual, some trainings have minimum attendance requirements, and they are expensive.

I have been through several Dale Carnegie courses. Some in person and some remote. Overall, I feel like some of the items and methods being used are just not feasible in many workplaces. They might be great for some employers but their approach will not fit every business model or needs.
