There is a wide variety of topics to choose from. While all are good for manager and leadership development, many are also beneficial for personal development. We have a specific person that we meet with about twice a year, to review our company's training plans and to discuss which Dale Carnegie courses would be the best to help us achieve our goals.
It was very interactive. The host kept the class's attention and made sure everyone was involved even if they didn't want to be
An array of offerings with unique modules that capture growth and development for the learner. I feel they produce an assortment of training mediums -- online, standup, in-person, workshops that cater to all user needs.
The courses are on the expensive side. So far, we've been lucky to be awarded grants through our County that covered 50% of the cost. We would not have been able to afford the training otherwise.
There was a lot of repetitiveness in the class when it came to certain areas. You could tell the class was getting sick of it but you had to sit through it anyways.
Virtually nothing. Cost is on par and negotiable based on the number of learners. Would like deeper cost savings if possible.
