I don't like how Dayforce doesn't seem to be supporting the new compliance initiatives from the current administration. They sent a guide from another company, but they are not doing anything to implement the changes into the system.
A lot of the tools are basic or US focused and limited with regards to multicountry use: e.g. performance employee properties cannot be selected as a filter criteria to assign eligible employees eloomi learning, you are not able to force employees to view the presentation before taking the test core: role based permission is not allowing you to exclude functions e.g. hr for performance or succession from viewing their peers, which makes it difficult.
There is still a reliance on in-country partners for international payrolls, creating multiple integrations to company systems.
