The AMS team takes responciblity of our enviroment as they did the original deployment. They did a great job at documenting the landscape and the custom development. Whenever we need to replace a resource they are able to do a quick knowledge transfer with supporting documentation and we contnue at the high SLA expectations.
The service is great, one occasion their billings fall behind where I'll receive several months of invoices at once.

Deloitte team drove us on a successful regional EBS implementation experience, providing best practices, an experienced consultant with excellent application knowledge, business common sense and total commitment to the project and organization objectives. One aspect should be better is the initial proposal of project timeline and effort. We did not reach the initial proposal and we understand we could be notified about some risks with several impacts on the project. Under AMS perspective we had an intensive learning curve and adjusts on the Deloitte's organizational changes, now we are at cruise speed and the feedback is very positive. Deloitte Offshore engagement allows 24/7 support of Healthcare Organization ERP.
We consider Deloitte a partner who helps us accomplish our strategy and vision. We used Deloitte as our implementation partner to deploy Oracle Peoplesoft across all of our hospitals. We have also been using them to help deploy subsequent modules and Upgrades. We would not have been able to deploy all the functionality without their leadership and guidance 5 years ago we entered into an on-shore\off-shore application managed services which has allowed us to provide 24/7 coverage. Initially, the engagement had some rocky areas but they invested in training their resources so that we had resources lined up and able to support. Robust implementation process, strong US resources, some challenges with offshore team
High quality personnel allocated to the project in terms of understanding of business processes and technical capabiltiy. Integration between Deloitte team and our team has been very succesful and sometimes difficult to distinguish between who works for which company. Sound ERP implementation methodology and good operating discipline in terms of sticking to the process and holding people accountable for outcomes. Some communication challenges with resouces based in India, particularly in terms or translating functional requirements into stable ERP configuration and customization outcomes.
