This is a beneficial tool for our quality management system. We did have difficulty getting it working correctly on tablets. The spacing of the questions did not make it compatible with use of the onscreen keyboard. We also were periodically unable to use the onscreen keyboard designed within the app and had to use the accessibility functions of the Ipad itself in order to type out answers.

Ease improves documentation and reporting, instead of relying on paper forms and spreadsheets I am able to store inspection data digitally and generate audit reports quickly.

A great alternative to logging daily, weekly, and monthly audits on paper. More efficient and better capabilities.

Really versatile tool with a great documents module that offers real-time notification of sign off requests and includes all the tools to manage compliance and quality related activities which has made change control effortless for our teams.

configuring detailed workflows and inspection templates for complex construction projects can take a significant time during the initial setup phase.

It was great to switch to digital logging of quality audits from paper hard copies. It is nice to be able to note issues so management knows right away, but it is also nice to be able to note when an issue was small and able to be corrected on the spot.

Not easy to upload more than one attachment to an entry and I would prefer that attachments be shown at the end of the record.

It was very easy to implement, the configuration was easy to set up, and the support team is responsive and they were very generous with their time during our transition period.

The tool is easy to configure and explore the various out of the box modules available and it offers easy integration with external tools. Through the implementation the level of customer support received was superb.
