With Element, I like that creating group chats is easy It promotes remote working environment thanks to easy communication and collaboration
The technology powering Element, the MATRIX protocol, is secure, distributed, and supports E2EE (end-to-end encryption) across web clients, mobile, and desktop. This feature set is exactly what were looking for in a disaster recovery backup corporate communications platform.
Element continually improves its features and provides excellent support making it a reliable choice for our evolving collaboration needs. The threaded conversations feature helps keep discussions organized and making it easier to follow long and complex discussions.
Element has performed as expected. No dislikes.
Onboarding is non existent. Support and account management are not proactive, but at least will respond over email. Support service could be much better. Also, pricing, while reasonable compared to alternatives, was raised recently.
The platform can be resource intensive in terms of memory and CPU usage which can sometimes slow down older devices.
