Certify: A User's Perspective on Its Strengths and Areas for Improvement
Overall, my experience with Certify has been positive. The platform simplifies much of the expense management process, which makes it much easier for me to submit expenses and for administrators to manage approvals and reporting. While there are certainly some areas for improvement, particularly in the user interface and integration capabilities, overall, the system delivers a solid experience that meets organizational needs and allows for what was once a painful process for employees to be an easy way to be reimbursed for expenses occured on company time.
