- Although you can make some modifications to Emma's template. The templates don't allow for very much modification. It can be hard or sometimes impossible to format aspects of the email in the desired way, which leads to emails that are less compelling in design and layout. - It is difficult to build custom templates with the modern elements that are becoming more common in emails today. - The user interface is not as clean and modern compared to other email providers. - We changed to another email provider, because of the challenges we faced with Emma
