Overall the product is fine. The company has gone through some changes, and I've had a lot of different reps. Not that it matters much, because all the reps do is try to upsell me on product upgrades. They don't have any actual insights into social media trends.

We are able to customize our request based on our job requirements which is easier for and also we are able to generate reports based on our interaction when using the product.

Functionally the platform is a critical part of my job.

The dashboard tool is super useful.

I wish the price of the product could be more affordable since our company is a small company compared to other MNO in Malaysia.

The publisher has improved. But I would really like a phone app that helps with scheduling, and/or notifications to publish things manually. I use a different service for this.

The publishing tool : - Sometimes posts do not go through for no reason - Sometimes it is not clear what social media platform the post is being posted on - The interface is confusing sometimes

I really enjoy the platform and the ability to link most of the social platforms. With limitations in API connections, there have been some issues with ability to see photos and full text in cases when sending over to Agent. This has been a challenge at times. Also, in need of establishing a better "labeling" process, however the task seems very daunting and it would have been nice to set these up when we first started the program.
