From an admin POV I see that the integration with our backend systems is not that much fluent. From a prospective employee POV too it's not very useful, it's reading of the PDF for resumes isn't that effiecient or even accurate.

It's a much better platform than the legacy service portal.. we can have various departments mega menu's like IT, HR and Finance and Category wise unified taxonomies

It's simple to use and widely understood by different vendors and people.

It centralizes communication, information, and engagement. It improves productivity. Supports hybrid workspace. Promotes a healthy work culture - keeps team connected.

Dislike

Employee center is great but we have scope of improvement.. the customization of portal components is very complex , we should have prebuilt UI/UX templates to design the ESC portal

The usage is not that friendly, UI can be improved and the automated resume reading can be made better.
