The flexibility to customise workflows and templates according to our specific business requirements has been instrumental in aligning the platform with our organisational needs. The integration with other tools and systems, such as CRM and ERP systems, has significantly improved the overall efficiency of our processes.

Dislike

The platform offers basic reporting functionalities, mor advanced reporting features would provide deeper insights into process performance and areas for improvement. As a technical user, i sometimes find the coding aspects restrictive, particularly when attempting to implement highly customised workflows or automation logic. There have been instances of system lag or downtime, albeit infrequent, which can disrupt workflow continuity and productivity.
