Read Full ReviewWe did not and still do not know all that the product is capable of - we're sure we could do more and we could use it better. Reporting was very difficult to customise and we had to rely heavily on Interfacing staff to assist us - with an additional contract/fee to do so. Not having a dedicated person to reach out to for help when getting stuck with the implementation. The difficulty of setting it up and implementing it is underestimated.

EPC is an excellent product, however, as new users we are unaware of all the features that it has / how it could be used more effectively. What we have implemented is through our perseverance in tailoring the product to our needs - with the help of SME's from Interfacing. It would've been helpful and perhaps faster to have had a dedicated person to guide us through the implementation more closely and to provide tips on how to set it up for our business needs. The reporting in EPC would need to be improved to allow for easier extraction of data.
