EPC is user friendly and has numerous capabilities on top of more elementary tools, such as Visio.
what i dislike is some part of tool is slow like working with large documents.
1. steep initial learning curve but that is not uncommon for a product like this 2. cost 3. platform upgrades causing issues on the back end that were not found during user acceptance testing
The customization. There are many instances where our organization would like to remove/hide certain aspects of the UI if we are not using them. (I.e., in the details tab, many accordion options are not used, but can't be hidden.)
