Raw materials come from upstream vendors, move through multiple stages of production, become semi-finished products, go through lab testing and quality checks, and then continue toward finished goods. At each stage, equipment condition and maintenance discipline can affect the final product. What has worked well is the improved visibility into our assets. We have many high-maintenance and high-criticality assets, and SAP Intelligent Asset Management gives us a more structured way to track asset information, maintenance activities, equipment condition, and historical issues. This has helped our teams move away from scattered information and more toward a common source of asset history. Performance monitoring has also been valuable. For critical assets, we need to understand trends before they become quality issues or production interruptions. The system helps support more informed conversations between maintenance, engineering, operations, quality, and site leadership. Instead of waiting for equipment failure or repeated downtime, teams can look at patterns and decide where more attention is needed. Maintenance reporting is another area where the product provides value. When the records are entered correctly, the system gives us useful maintenance history that can support investigations, audits, recurring issue reviews, and compliance-related questions. From a quality management standpoint, this is important because maintenance records are often part of the evidence we need when reviewing deviations, customer concerns, internal findings, or audit readiness. The collaboration aspect has also been helpful. Since we operate across multiple sites globally, standardizing how teams look at assets and maintenance information is very important. Different sites may have different habits, different levels of documentation detail, and different ways of describing similar equipment issues. SAP Intelligent Asset Management helps create more consistency and makes it easier to compare information across locations. What has not worked as well is that the system requires a high level of discipline to deliver full value. If master data is incomplete, if equipment naming is inconsistent, or if users close work orders with limited comments, the quality of reporting is reduced. The system can provide a strong structure, but it cannot replace good data ownership. Adoption also varies by site. Some teams quickly understand why the information matters, while others see it as extra administrative work unless they are trained properly and shown how it connects to reliability, quality, and compliance. Overall, my rating is based on the fact that SAP Intelligent Asset Management is a very capable platform for asset visibility, maintenance governance, and reliability improvement. However, the actual value depends heavily on how well the organization prepares its data, trains users, and maintains ownership after implementation.

This management tool has definitely improved the asset management and also has maintained a great level of efficiency. The reporting and also the monitoring part for them worked perfectly however there were some issues with the customisation and integration activities that required some additional time and support.

The suite has worked really well for us and provided a standardised the maintenance process, improve work the order management along with providing better control over the asset related activities. Features such as the mobile access and the automation of workflow has been the charm for the field teams. Although all worked well however there were some lacking area also like some of the update still need additional testing before the deployment and even occasional system complexity can also make the onboarding of the new user a time consuming process.

This platform has met our core expectations for connected asset monitoring. The transition to Saas was realitiely straightforward and the vendor support helped us get operational without major disprutioon. Real-time asset monitoring and alerting which as meaningfully reduced resoonse times to equipment anomalies. The cloud based architecutr which elmited the need for on premise server management and made updates seamless for our it team.

Our overall experience with the suite engines RPM has been positive for performance monitoring, helping streamline business process, improve operational visibility and enhance workflow efficiency through automation and centralized management. it also provide the maintenance reporting which helps for asset tracking to fullfill the regulatory compliance.

Overall our experience with IoT WoRKSTM ASSET has been very positive. The platform has improved asset visibility by providing real time monitoring centralized asset management and automated alerts. Deployment was well organized and integration with our existing operational system was straightforward. the dashboard and reporting tool helped our team make faster maintenance and operational decision while reducing manual tracking effort. Although some advanced configuration required additional planning the platform has been reliable scalable and has improved day to day asset management across our organization.
