I think it is easier for the claimant to use compared to the previous system we had, however sometimes a bit more time consuming for the finance approver who processes the expenses.

The claimant can easily upload the receipt when submitting an expense claim. Handy to be able to use the Audit Trail function to sort/download receipts when required. If we do have a technical issue, the support team will respond promptly to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Seamless process with great integration system.

ExpenseOnDemand has been smooth. No complaints.

We would like to be able to remove the policy violation option as it can make things more time consuming for the finance approver. Also not having to split tax codes when different VAT rates apply to one receipt would be helpful. So just being able to manually enter the net amount, VAT, gross and tax code would be really beneficial.

Good communication, quick response times, disappointing that a simple option of one user having different cards for multiple companies wasn't already part of the package (as I thought this would have been the norm for larger companies) but the team are actively trying to resolve and implement this functionality as we speak. The user interface is good and has greatly improved our expenses management.
