Product management. When we start a project, normally we faced the hard time to balance among schedule, budget and quality. However, every time they do that thing well, not to consume any specific elements.
The thing which i liked the most about their service is that they pose more focus towards research part and bring fore the best possible solution to the pertaining problem which is easy to implement,cost effective and highly customized.
The high-quality of thinking, the practical application of experience and theory and the explicit care to leave us as a client 'more capable' than before the engagment... not just giving us a project deliverable.
Regarding project which joins a variety of agencies, each agency has their own responsibilities and SoWs. But sometimes EY do more jobs even that is from other's responsibility to meet the due date. Take more responsibiltiies make more risks from time to time.
The thing which i liked the least about them is that they take too much time to complete a project which sometimes makes to difficult for the client to compete in the market.
