Our experience with Imperva Advanced Bot Protection has been very encouraging. This solution has given us much better insight into automated traffic patterns and it has also played a very important role in reducing unwanted bot interactions across our applications. The dashboards and the reports are very easy to understand and the detection quality is very impressive and reliable. We initially spent time fine tuning a few configurations but when we completed, the system has delivered steady and dependable protection aligned with our expectations.

Human Bot Defender helps us to combat bots and mitigate certain DDoS traffic that bypasses our WAF. Their managed service is very responsive and we collaborate with them to improve detections and remove false positives. The new capabilities we are testing like PreCheck and AI traffic identification seem very promising.

I've said it before, and my thoughts remain the same: Human really shifted towards a strong service approach to its customers a few years ago, and it shows. My account manager and my AE are fantastic.

So what has worked well with reCAPTCHA at work is that whenever google detects something like a bad webpage the recaptcha automatically is utilized and our company is a big user of google and even for our emails. So it is a nice feature that google provides as a free service.
