It was a little over whelming to learn at the start since there is so much, but with the support of the Sophus team and a few days of practice, the learning curve shrinks quickly. The software does not rely on the user to have any pre-existing technical knowledge, so it can be learned by anybody. On the flip side, the software does have some features that allow those with a technical background to utilize their knowledge. For example, it supports the use of SQL when looking at output data from a model.

Overall the current analysis that we got from the tool was really functionable, and gave us a lot of options to improve our supply chain, the only missing thing is that the tool has good engagement to big databases due to compressing the information to tool level was complicated!
