Self serve- completely changed how self serve functions within the product and engineering organization to access front end data Experimentation - Has moved experimentation from an intensive operative to a less intense operation where deep dive analysis and calculations are now automated Reporting and dashboarding - most of our reporting now happens on Amplitude with fully automated alerts and detailed reports along with visualization

What's worked well - Feature Flags - this is where LD really shines. Creating, targeting, and toggling flags is dead simple, and the SDKs across languages are consistent and well-documented. We've been able to decouple deploy from release, which has been a huge win for our release cadence. Kill-switching a broken feature in prod takes seconds, not a redeploy. - Rollouts - Percentage-based rollouts and targeting rules (by user-attribute, segment etc.) are super flexible. We can do canary-style rollouts to internal users first, then slowly ramp up to everyone, and the UI makes it easy for non-engineers (PMs, Support) to see what's live for whom without bugging engineering every time. What hasn't worked as well - Experimentation - It's there, and it's usable, but it feels like the less mature part of the product compared to dedicated A/B Testing tools. Stats/Metrics setup can feel clunky, and we've found ourselves exporting data to our own analytics stack to get the depth of insight we actually need. - Cost at scale - As we added more seats and environments, the pricing scaled up faster than we expected. Worth budgeting for ahead of time if you're planning to roll this out org-wide.

The platform offers some useful features for creating and managing content but it lacks the flexibility that you expect mature tools There is a need of both usability and performance also.

DevCycle was a useful tool, and the super quick implementation allowed us to get it up and running quickly. It was also fairly easy to train our team on how to use it.
Read all insights and reviews for DevCycleThe platform is strong in push notifications and multi-channel customer communication that allows us to engage our users across web and mobile dashboards. The analytics dashboards provided good visibility into campaign performance, and the automation features made it easier to do large-scale outreach.
