When we having issues the customer support response times are really good and find it useful we have response timeframes for the upcoming peak period. As touched on in more detail below, AB testing, insights and slots make us more effective when making decisions in terms of visual merchandising and helps us understand our customers better. For example, having more data & insights on sites where they don't have a lot of volume, sometimes something is better than nothing. Along with be able to recall and block more than 200 products and some user friendly improvements.
