Fujitsu has been providing support services for our Oracle platform now for over 20 years. They have a very good understanding of our buiness requirements and we have developed a very good working relationship with them. They are continually helping us move forward by ensuring that we are fully informed on any potential enhancements to our portfolio that will benefit us. In terms of things that havent went well, I would highlight OBIEE enhancements and developments. I have found it very difficult getting the needed resource in this area on a number of occasions.

Good collaborative, flexible approach, not always referring back to contract when inevitable issues arose. Very good technical knowledge. Very knowledgable people. Typical large vendor issues when there are problems with incidents being passed off between teams leading to delays in resolution. Original technical infrastructure implemented needed to be replaced mid-way through contract due to stability issues, partly created by our budgetary constraints.

We have been a Fujitsu client for over 10 years and they have been an integral part of our team. Their product and business knowledge along with their professionalism, pride, hard work, and determination to help our team bring value to our business partners makes them an outstanding organization. I can't say enough about the great work they have done for us in helping drive the business forward. The are involved in all aspects of our IT business support, from DBA services to filling an open business analyst position in finance. They help in any way they can and often offer innovatinve and creative solutions vs. just taking orders. They are a true partner always trying to do more and help our team be successful.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work they deliver. In addition, they have minimized the effect of personnel rotation by training new people before current staff has left. They are also excellent in bringing on people with certain technologies where we are lacking for projects. Fujitsu has been a great partner for us.
