The process of sharing information is very streamlined and easy to do. We have a of decision makers who we want to be a part of the hiring process. Gem makes it easy to send information back and forth. Gem integration of Ai seems very promising and helpful when it comes to organizing talent.

Gem is a difficult platform to learn and an expensive one too. The user interface is not easy to understand and it has taken our team a long time to come to grasps with what Gem is capable of. Gem is capable of so many amazing things, it just needs to be with the right hands. The cost of the platform is another point of tension as it took a lot of back and forth with the sales team before coming to a price that we were able to agree on. Gem has a lot to offer, but it takes time to understand.
