I like how this is linked to our professional email and accessible thru computer, mobile and laptop
Simple and integrated
Calendar blocking feature is good. Drive access is useful. Slight touch of innovative features and extensions. 'Polly activity' is one of the innovative ways to keep the meeting lively and engaging. Host controls are effective and useful. I have seen my clients use Figma as an add on to develop a product and marketing in a collaborative way. Captioning feature has helped a lot as sometimes the audio and video are not in sync but we can always read the captions and the loss of data is compensated.
The only negative I could say is that it could use more color options as well as sounds for specific people and/or groups
One thing I don't like so much is the lack of clarity around threads. So, conversations can sometimes feel a bit disjointed, especially in group chats. If someone replies in a thread, it can be easy to miss. I would say it does not feel like the most flexible tool.
The video and audio is not in sync sometimes. There is this redundant screen while screen sharing/presenting.
