Google Vault

Google Vault has been a dependable solution for organizations for retention, search, and eDiscovery-related needs within the Google Workspace ecosystem. What has worked well is its tight integration with Google services, straightforward access to archived data, and ability to apply retention and legal hold policies without introducing too much operational overhead. It is especially useful when the goal is governance and retrieval rather than deploying a separate, heavily customized archiving platform. However, the product can feel limited if an orgnaization expects broader cross platform coverage, deeper analytics or more advanced investigation workflows beyond the Google environment.
