1. I absolutely love that Greenhouse provides hiring rubrics and other templates to improve efficiency and make my work so much easier! 2. The dashboards that Greenhouse creates to show different stages of candidates throughout the hiring process are so helpful, especially for tracking and reporting to other colleagues. 3. It is really easy to add different attachments and files to a candidate's profile, becoming a one-stop-shop for hiring managers and other stakeholders to review before an interview or selection meeting.

Strong layered permission system protects data so that private information doesn't inadvertently get shared 3. For core interviewing and scorecard submissions, UI is straightforward and easy to navigate
I like how easy it is for me to go and review the notes left by colleagues who took care of earlier recruiting steps. I can go and check to see what they thought during the screening call. I also like how easy it is to log in or reset my password, and overall the navigation is smooth. I can filter my candidate list by many factors, and I like being able to see who has a connected/available LinkedIn account.
1. Learning how to use the recruitment platform is an investment and one that needs to be done with integrity across hiring teams to ensure that everyone is using Greenhouse with fidelity. It took me several weeks to understand how to optimize Greenhouse and tailor it to fit my organization's needs. 2. Greenhouse is pricey, but again, I find that the ROI is very worth it! 3. Unlike other systems that have lots of customization features, Greenhouse is limited with what can be customized to fit your specific needs. That said, the existing fields are comprehensive enough to capture the information we need to inform our hiring decisions.
1. Limited customizability - for example, we send take-home tests to candidates and we need a system work-around to accomplish 2. Not as many AI features as I would expect for a company of this size; missed opportunity for auto-review and grading 3. Sometimes it takes lots of clicks to get the most basic tasks done
There are a couple of small things - when I click on a candidate, it's a little hard to navigate backwards and get to the relevant interview kits connected to them. And when I am in an interview kit, it is a little challenging to find my way back to the candidate pages. I also wish there were easier ways to attach screenshots and images, to help the recruiting team share visuals with each other, connected to each candidate.
