Gupshup is excellent in terms of providing services across conversation platforms such as SMS, WhatsApp and many more. Dashboard is super insightful in terms of customer conversations with great analytics capabilities. Customer service is always very responsive and helpful.
The thing that I like most about Gupshup Conversation Cloud is that it provides service in various different conversation platforms that are commonly used like, whatsapp, messenger, sms, etc. It provides interactive dashboards for various insights about various analytics about the customer interactions. The APIs provided by Gupshup makes setting up a new chatbot easier.
Few things that I like the most about the product or service are: 1. The drag and drop bot creation interface is very good, it just makes it easier for everyone to buidla bot. Sometimes our business team also utilises the same to test a few things on their end. 2. Our company has a huge userbase studying online and raising queries through different platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram etc.), Gupshup helps us with that during the session start time. 3. Our major queries get raised through support tickets, through Gupshup it becomes smoother to divert from bot to agent for complex issues/ queries.
Gupshup can improve their Integration capabilities with CRM platforms as it is a bit complex and requires consistent support and involvement of the technical team. Advanced chatbot customization can sometimes be complex.
The thing that I dislike about Gupshup conversation cloud is that its learning curve. Though a lot of features are provided, the integration steps are difficult to follow. The api documentation feels a little hard and would require some support from the Gupshup team. Making advanced customizations for chatbots is difficult.
Things that I didn't like about this product/ service are: 1. In this world of booming AI, Gupshup still lacks at certain points in terms of it's AI capabilities 2. For CRM, we had to integrate third party tools while other platforms provide native CRM (ex Hubspot) 3. The integration is a bit complex and setting up and managing APIs requires the Developer's involvement way too much
