I really Like that I could manage many type dashboard in one system and It made updates and patching simple to me and the tool worked very smoothly almost time and I could find system problems quickly and I really saved my time for automating daily base tasks.

Steep learning curve for new users, user interface is outdated and not very intuitive, requires significant setup and tuning to get most value, troubleshooting can be complex, and documentation can be difficult to navigate.
The interface dashboard is feels a bit outdated type and the setup was not easy for the new user and some options are confusing for the first time user and It needs technical knowledge for advanced features and the cost of this is very high for the small type company.
