Steady, stable and feature rich. A very mature product with way more services than we need.
The support is good and attentive, the product is mostly stable and the technologies used are well known.
HCL DX has a very strong content management system. The Digital Asset Manager has a lot of features. Integration capability with any data source. API first approach makes the tool highly customizable. Granular role-based access management provides a high degree of access control.
Limited deep technical support. When deploying to OpenShift, it is still somewhat monolithic in nature. Struggle with being a very mature product from the late 1990s.
The product is very outdated: search capabilities are at least 15 years behind, layout and design feel very old, customization options are very limited and content curation and suggestions are non-existent. But the really weak link is search.
The product user interface is not up to the latest trends and feels dated. Requires more features to reduce development time. Need tools to improve efficiency of end users and provide them options to rollout new digital experience faster
