Their customer service is excellent and Epic is always willing to help make their products better. They work well with their customers to make sure that as much functionality that is available is implemented successfully.

Epic does need to make their GUI more attractive and continue to focus on less mouse clicks and movement for the providers.
Epic's legal team was not fair, it was their way or the highway. Epic made some unkept promises. 1. Data would freely be shared as patient care best interest - not true for a payer 2. Epic hosted application and data would not need our infrastructure support - not true, we had to stand up a new rack of servers in our own on-site data center to make this work for Epic.
the training structure does not allow to capture all functional tools and you need to figure out by operating through this system

Providers not willing to share data with payer. We had a long drawn out lawyer negotiation experience that put the project 3 months behind. We were promised data from over 80 providers as part of patient care rules of the road.
