What is most valuable is how it consistently sets the standard for modern Revenue Enablement. Not just through the product, but through its broader community and thought leadership. The platform is intentionally designed to drive real impact, and the surrounding ecosystem of support makes it easy to execute on a wide range of initiatives. Their community-driven programs and enablement-focused best practice sessions are VERY strong. The cadence and quality are unmatched, with each session providing practical insights (not just fluff on a slide) that help my team refine our approach, adopt new strategies, and continuously improve.
I like the sales room feature, I like the ability to create special pages for each team, and I like that I'm able to favorite documents or folders that I frequent.
The intuitive user interface combined with powerful integrations is probably my favorite part of Highspot. It makes organizing complex content appealing and easily searchable. I love that it integrates seamlessly into the tools our reps already use (like our CRM and email), meaning they don't have to disrupt their workflow to find exactly what they need. The digital sales room feature and engagement analytics are next level! It gives our team an edge by letting us see exactly how buyers are interacting with the materials we send. The insights are incredible!
Occasionally, we encounter situations where the product can't do exactly what we want or feels a bit inflexible. Highspot's support and CSM teams, however, are incredibly knowledgeable and always help us find alternative approaches to achieve the same goal. Their leadership and development teams genuinely listen to product and feature requests, which makes it clear that feedback isn't just listened to: they act on it.
I don't like that I can't integrate this with my Gmail, I don't like that I'm not updated if a new version of a document is uploaded, and I don't like that it doesn't always give me what I need based off my searches.
If I had to pick an area for improvement, it would be the depth of their buyer collaboration features. While Highspot's, digital sales rooms are fantastic for sharing contacts and tracking engagement, I wish they functioned more as a true two-way portal where buyers could natively upload their own documents or collaborate more deeply. In the same vein, while they are making strides with mutual action plans, I would love to see those become more robust and interactive.
