What I like most is the seamless user experience and thoughtful integration of features that solve user problems.
1. On Demand Interview - Candidates can record their interviews at their leisure. Good for preliminary rounds. 2. Regular reminders, instructions and practice interview option - Helps in keeping candidates on track with the timeline, instructions and practice interviews help in reducing confusion. 3. Mobile Friendly - Is mobile friendly application, this is good because in today's world, candidates want things on go and employers may not loose on quality candidates as sometimes candidates feel waste of time, specially to find time to login to computer or laptop.
Hirevue helps to streamline the interview process.
Some of the advanced features are not as discoverable as they should be, which limits adoption of some less experienced user
1. Change requests after successful implementation - It involves extra cost and time. In today's evolving world, where technology and hiring trends are changing rapidly, products should be scalable (Performance enhancement) and cost efficient.
We utilized the product when AI was really first coming into play on video interviewing and it didn't always work the way it was supposed to.
