Regular reminders, instructions and practice interview option - Helps in keeping candidates on track with the timeline, instructions and practice interviews help in reducing confusion. 3. Mobile Friendly - Is mobile friendly application, this is good because in today's world, candidates want things on go and employers may not loose on quality candidates as sometimes candidates feel waste of time, specially to find time to login to computer or laptop.
