Hive does not share/process real time data which can be challenging sometimes. But on the other hand, hive has good scalability. The user interface of the product is also nice but can be improved. Also, hive does not support transactions but its in built data formats are really good and are easy to work on. Functions like reporting and analysis can be done easily with better Modules. While working on large files, the software never lags.
