Task and workflow automation
Reporting and analysis can be done with ease and there is no glitch as such. Hive also provides in built formats which are really helpful.
The ease with which task or action can be created. We can locate the task of co-worker by searching in the navigation bar.
There are some reporting limitations with respect to product management. Learning curve for custom flows.
Customer support of the software is average. UI is good but can be improved.
Nothing so far, earlier I was using notes application, now I have stopped using it, instead replaced it with hive. So that team can also visit these.
