La alimentación o suministro de datos es fundamental, la vieja regla BEBS, sigue siendo el básico permanente, por lo tanto la metodología DAMA es una buena práctica, o cualquier otra que evite que los datos sean vulnerables o corrompidos, su un CRM sirve para tomar decisiones, por qué abría campos vacíos, por qué no invertir tiempo en entrenar a los equipos para que llenen los datos de acuerdo a una política robusta.
Cuando escucho que lo importante es vender, y qué por eso no registraron datos, pienso ¿Qué mayor prisa que la de tener datos confiables?
