Like

The best part is definitely how it tracks emails automatically so I don't have to think about it. I also love the deals board because I can just drag things around to see where my money is at, and the pre-made email templates save me from typing the same thing ten times a day.

Usability & functionality, I think it has great features for tracking deals and importing lead data from Excel

I like the easy to use interface and automation feature, it helps manage leads, track customer interactions and automate followups, crm integartion email tracking makes dailys sales activities oirganized.

Dislike

Cost is the big one - it gets pricey fast. Also, it's kind of annoying how some simple meetings are locked behind the expensive tiers, and the mobile app can be a bit clunky when you're just trying to find a phone number quickly.

Again, more on our end, we need to improve integration with our software to make it less of a separate tool, it can be done. A lot you can do on there, so don't feel I get the full functionality

Pricing is a little expensive and some tools take time to learn properly and I think custoziation features are limited.
