Usability & functionality, I think it has great features for tracking deals and importing lead data from Excel
Task assignments/Send later email feature and email clicks.
Some advanced reporting and workflow customization options are limited, mobile functionality could be improved and costs rise quickly as usage scales
Again, more on our end, we need to improve integration with our software to make it less of a separate tool, it can be done. A lot you can do on there, so don't feel I get the full functionality
There are a lot of features which at times can look very congested when viewing.
