The user interface is intuitive, the pipeline, tracking is clear and automation of repetitive tasks saves our team significant time, 3 features I would appreciate be easy to use CRM with pipeline visualization, email and workflow automation that reduces manual work and strong reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance.

Usability & functionality, I think it has great features for tracking deals and importing lead data from Excel

It has a user-friendly interface. I find the platform is easy to navigate making adoption smooth for new users. It also has good automation and workflows. It saves time by automating follow-ups, email sequences, and lead management. Finally, it has solid integrations. It connects well with other tools like Outlook and Zoom Meetings for seamless operations

Some advanced reporting and workflow customization options are limited, mobile functionality could be improved and costs rise quickly as usage scales

Again, more on our end, we need to improve integration with our software to make it less of a separate tool, it can be done. A lot you can do on there, so don't feel I get the full functionality

    HubSpot sales hub is a solid CRM and sales tool with great automation, intuitive interface, and strong integrations. The email tracking and pipeline management features are particularly helpful, however some advanced features require higher tier plans and reporting can be complex at times. Overall it's a great tool for sales teams but has room for improvement.
